Hello,
I am an interdisciplinary creative, fascinated by user experience and how everyday decisions are influenced by design. Specialized in User Research, Brand development, Graphic Design, and Visual Content Creation.
Soft skills - Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, XD), CorelDraw, Balsamiq
Tools - Jira, Miro, Notion, Teams, Google Workspace, Framer X, Wix
A chai lover from India currently living in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. I find and continue to get inspired by culture, stories, and users. With a Bachelor's & Master's in design, I’m the cliché example of a kid who spent her university mostly solving user-centric problems. My professional life mostly revolved around freelancing graphic design projects for various clients and working as a senior graphic designer.
2020- Becoming an Entrepreneur
My passion for Ceramic design evolved when I visited a town in India as a student, which pushed me towards getting a professional experience in ceramic pottery from some leading artists in India. My passion didn't stop there. Apart from doing freelancing design projects, I continued to become a ceramic artist and an entrepreneur. Creating a brand (SPINATURE) and handling all the branding and marketing needs helped me gain entrepreneurial skills like communication, brand management, customer service, forward-thinking, and project management skills.
2021- Life as a Senior graphic designer and a design lead
While the globe started practicing WFH, my experience with TheMathCompany - Bangalore gave me the opportunity to lead the talent branding design team, handling campaigns, social media marketing, and hiring collateral needs helped me gain more managerial skills.
2022- Guest lectures at NIFT- Chennai
In addition to my professional experience, providing guest lectures to graduating designers (Bachelor of Design) at NIFT, Chennai, reinforced and gave me the confidence to be a better designer.
2023- Becoming a UX-UI designer (IRONHACK - AMSTERDAM)
My love for doing user research and solving user problems led me to IRONHACK bootcamp (Amsterdam) which helped me to merge the skills that I have developed through my design journey to become a UX/UI designer. It gave me the opportunity to work with some real clients and user journeys.
It brought me to many untouched user problems and taught me about the remarkable intersection of the human experience and visual communication. I always feel intrigued and enticed to move people through my work.
When I’m not designing, I might be cooking, listening music, or exploring the great outdoors.
